Embedded services, such as maps, may set their own cookies or request information according to their own policies. We aim to keep embeds limited and explain them where practical.

A short-lived session identifier may be named grenvol_session and is normally removed when the browser session ends. If optional measurement is enabled, a provider may use names such as _ga or _gid; these names and lifespans depend on the provider configuration and will only be used where consent is required and has been provided.

10. Embedded maps and external content
The contact page may include a Google Maps frame to show the Grenvol address. Loading an external frame can allow the provider to receive technical information such as an IP address, browser details and the requested page. Visitors who do not want that exchange can avoid loading the map and use the written address instead. The provider’s own policy governs its processing once the external service is loaded.
11. Withdrawing consent and browser controls
A visitor can withdraw optional consent through the cookie settings control or by deleting relevant browser data. Withdrawal does not make earlier lawful processing retroactively unlawful. After a withdrawal, the site may need a short period to apply the new setting across open tabs or cached pages. Browser-level controls are available in current versions of common browsers, although their labels vary.

We may retain a record of a consent choice for up to 180 days so that the banner is not repeatedly displayed. Technical logs connected with the banner are normally retained for 90 days unless a longer period is needed for security or legal reasons.
